2008 champion Insueng Jung  will lead a seven-member national contingent to the 10th Caribbean Taekwondo Championships  in Christchurch, Barbados over the weekend.  Jung copped gold in the last edition of the tournament which was hosted in Trinidad and Tobago.

Defence Force will go into tomorrow’s penultimate round of matches in the Digicel Pro League against San Juan Jabloteh with one hand on the title, and only needing a point to be confirmed as champions.
