Don’t forget men
The Minister of Labour has announced that her ministry will be drafting a National Sexual Harassment Policy.
I hope that this policy will be fair to both genders, unlike the Ministry’s view towards employers. Otherwise, heaven help you if you are a male employer!
By the way, where is the gender equality in the special committee investigating Darryl Smith? Do only women have special investigative powers?
Or have we reached the stage that we must placate society by appointing all women?
We should not use the alleged bad behaviour of some men to exclude all men.
Lastly, thanks to PLOTT, I now know that powerful women can make asinine decisions just as well as men.
